This year they have added The Gluten Free Bistro (www.theglutenfreebistro.com) to the menu. The guys are back to eating gluten free pizza and pasta. Love it!

we like to congratulate the Garmin team for their new achievement starting at 2012 and we also like to congratulate our neighbour Alan with the new job he managed to have after his succesfull years at HTC-Columbia. I hope one of these days/weeks we can drink a glass on it.

Can you define what you mean by inflammation.

Also, did the diet change make any difference to the performance of the team as a whole?

Two comments: One, nice photo shop job to get Zabriskie on the podium with the rest of the team. And Two, how come Tommy D didn’t get his own “feature” on the front page of the website? His is a great story of perseverance. His career hasn’t quite followed the arc many predicted for him, but he never gave up and has finally left his mark on cycling’s biggest stage. As a fellow 30-something confronting the under-fulfillment of my own career (in business, not cycling), I find this very inspiring. Thanks for helping relight my fire, Tom.
