Race report: Talansky top ten in TT – Paris-Nice, stage 6
In his first season at the top level of the sport, Andrew Talansky is already showing that he belongs here. In his first WorldTour time trial, he finished an impressive seventh alongside some of the top time trial names of the sport.
“Being at my first WorldTour race is a new experience that I am learning from each and every day,” he said.
“Today I wasn’t sure what to expect after an off day on stage 5, but once I got out on the course I just gave it everything I had and at the end of the day I am happy with the result.”
“Tomorrow we will look for a final chance to help Heinrich get a stage win and defend his points jersey.”
