Tech & Training: Ryder Hesjedal's Tour de Suisse prologue data

On a tough and technical course, that included a climb from the edge of the lake up to 350 meters of altitude, as well as a somewhat tricky descent and final 2 km in the wet and slick conditions, Ryder still produced a very respectable prologue averaging over 180 bpm heart rate for 10 min!
