Holowesko Partners U23 team atop USA Cycling Pro Tour

The Holowesko Partners U23 development is riding a wave after Caleb Fairly’s strong win at the Tour of the Battenkill in upstate New York. That win gave him and his team the lead in the first round of the USA Cycling’s Pro Tour series.
