Team Garmin-Slipstream continued to animate the Eneco Tour, with Huub Duyn riding in breakaway and Tyler Farrar coming close to a fourth stage win in third. Farrar sits in second overall at just 21 seconds back, with the tour-deciding time trial set for Tuesday.
