“Well, really there isn’t much to say,” said Farrar. “The prologue course was pretty straight forward, just go out as fast as you could and hope to hold onto it until the end! I knew it suited me well, and I was obviously quite pleased with my ride. After so many frustrating near misses in the last month it feels great to tick off another win! Now we will look to defending the jersey for the sprint stages to come.”

Great win Tyler! So close so many times in the Giro. Glad to see you notch another victory for the best dressed team in pro-cycling.
Great work, Tyler! A win is a win, no matter how you cut it…and you’re right, with all the near-misses of the past few months, you are OWED! And there’ll be lots of good opportunities for sprints in the Vuelta this fall (hint hint JV…..)
Nice Tyler, make it work. Congrats Mike, Talbots 2 goals saved the day!!!!!!
Way to go Tyler! We are cheering you on from afar…
Nice win for Tyler and whole team in 3rd overall. And to sean above for recognizing Friedman’s from Pittsburgh and the Pens won. We appreciate the connection. Lets go Garmin. We need a victory.
Congratulations Tyler!
Truly Remarkable!
Tyler – I am so amazed by your strength, skill, speed and success. Keep up the stellar job! Know you are in my prayers.
