Cyclingnews: Millar happy with Giro conditioning

David Millar - Giro d'Italia, stage 15 Team Garmin-Slipstream’s David Millar spoke with Cyclingnews about his decision to withdraw from the Giro d’Italia in order to focus on the Tour de France, saying that he was satisfied with his performance coming back from a broken collarbone a two months ago.

“I didn’t even know I was coming to the Giro, and to get this far makes me happy. I am tired now, but I think this was the best way to come back from the injury.”
