		<description>Thanks for this behind the scene video. I&#039;m so glad to know how the pros do it,and what they eat in the feed zone. I will try these rice cakes out on my next ride. BTW i eat and drink plenty in my group ride, but i still have trouble with cramping in my quads in the last 5-10 miles. Any advise, thank you.</description>
