Thanks for this behind the scene video. I’m so glad to know how the pros do it,and what they eat in the feed zone. I will try these rice cakes out on my next ride. BTW i eat and drink plenty in my group ride, but i still have trouble with cramping in my quads in the last 5-10 miles. Any advise, thank you.
New way for rice treats. I’ll have to give them a try. Recipe?

I have been making these awesome snacks in batches for few months now. The others I train with are addicted to them too…. this is EPIC with left over grilled salmon.
