Amgen Tour of California stage 3: San Jose>Modesto

Today’s fun begins within the first few kilometers of the 167.7 km stage. From the gun, the course heads straight up the challenging Sierra Road climb (610 m) before hitting a fast and twisty descent (Calaveras Road alone has 40+ switchbacks). After climbing Patterson Pass, the riders have a long, flat run in to the downtown circuit finish in Modesto.

Stage 3 is scheduled to start at 12:00 and finish between 15:53-16:55.
