Team Garmin TTT training video

Team time trial training video from Girona in January. Be sure to turn on the annotations.

This is one of the team time trial exercises we did during the Girona training camp. Two days of training were completely dedicated to TTT preparation, specifically for the opening TTT in Qatar. We worked on finding the top end speed, the best order for the riders and the best way to start. We will see if our efforts in Girona pay off today in Doha.

   This is what I refered to in my earlier post.

   Great stuff too watch and only a few trainers are able to motivate a team like this (with several world class TT riders) for a ride like this!
