Tour Down Under stage 6: Adelaide City Council Circuit

Tour Down Under stage 6The final stage of the 2009 Tour Down Under is a flat and super fast 4.5 km circuit through Adelaide and along the River Torrens. The 90 km stage includes the miniscule Montefiore Hill sprint and two intermediate sprint lines, so the action will be high to the very end.

Today’s final stage is scheduled to start at 13:40 and finish around 15:25.

    Ryder Hesjedal was first for a few laps then went back down to 19th. If he was 40 seconds faster than Allan Davis he would have won the whole thing!
