Team Garmin-Chipotle H3O’s long time supporter and sponsor, Mark Holowesko of H3O, winning the New Providence National Time Trial Championship.
It is an honor to announce that Mark Holowesko has claimed the New Providence National Time Trial Championship title. Mark was able to hold off an ELITE field of 5 other… um … athletes to narrowly claim victory. A smiling Lee Farmer, only 3 months after open heart surgery, came 2nd.
Mark was able to maintain a blistering 25 mph speed across a very difficult and technical (aren’t all roads in the Bahamas difficult & technical?) 18.3 mile course. “I am pleased to be able to get the legs moving after two weeks of intense travel and market machinations,” said Holowesko, age 48.
It is our sincerest hope that the world’s cycling authorities – and elite teams (come on Garmin!!) – will honor Holowesko in this stunning accomplishment.
