Circuit Franco-Belge stage 3: Mouscron>Mouscron

As the longest stage of the 2008 Circuit Franco-Belge, stage 3 is 199.2 km long and takes place completely in Belgium on a challenging course with lots of road furniture.

Stage 3 is schedule to start at 12:15 and finish between 16:46-17:13.
