It’s really nice riding in an English-speaking peloton. There’s always someone to chat with when the pace eases off. Though today there wasn’t much time for chatting as the pace was pretty damn hot.

Quite a routine day really, with everyone following moves early on, then setting up for the sprint. We really showed our strength and depth again. After Maggie’s third yesterday, to have another two guys on the podium today in what was a horribly technical finish is good. But of course, it’s tough getting so close to the top step without that taste of champagne. Our boys are flying though, so it won’t be long.
