Race report from DS Matt White

Well the Garmin Express went into action again today on a very tight final circuit. Dave lead the train into town with a 2 km turn that showed he isn’t lacking any top end power and his world-class time trial training is coming along very well! Magnus then kept the bunch at warp speed till we entered the final km. Julian went from a long way out and showed he still has great form. The only man to get over him was CSC’s Matty Goss. Our intended leader CJ came in a close 3rd!

Tomorrow is the King stage with alot of hard climbing and a solid 185 km. A big selection will be made only the real contenders will make the top of the GC.
