It is really refreshing to see the genuine (ie non-cheesy, gathered on the couch with the 5 kids, "wholesome" white picket fence gag me with a spoon deal) human side of politicians now & then. It makes one wonder--why aren't these glimpses promoted during the &#*@&! campaign? Who is advising them? Had Americans felt they could better relate to Kerry, that he was not plastic--as he kind of comes across--would they not have voted for Dubya twice? Sigh. Thanks for sharing.
