Ireland stage 3: Dean 3rd in sprint with solid hold on second overall

“Well today was a long slog, over 200 km with very undulating terrain. Team Colombia was forced to control the race again all day with Cavendish in yellow. We put a lot of pressure on over the final climb of the day causing a huge split. But everything re-grouped in the final for another mass sprint.”

“Julian showed again he is around the mark with a 3rd place finish today, holding on to his 2nd place on GC. Tomorrow’s stage is very solid and with a hard finale, we should see a new leader in 24 hours!”
