Any thoughts about an attempt at both the Yellow and the Lantern Rouge for the team?

Let me add to the question list here. There are some noticeable differences in kits, bikes, haircuts, etc. between the riders on the Garmin team. So why did Will have a blue line painted on his right leg? Why is Julian wearing the black and white kit? Why are the bikes different colors for the riders? Why is Will’s fork a different shape than the rest of the team? And what are some of the other differences between the bikes and kits?
