Hard to tell from the photo what everything is exactly, so i’ll have a good guess, but I see headset or they could well be aero bar & pad spacers/risers. Stem bolts/caps, possibly black cable ferrules & end caps/donuts, wheel spacers. I reckon there are also various springs and parts/spares for re-building shift levers and rear/front mechs etc.

The middle photo is a rack of cassettes.

12 – 27’s 12 – 25’s and 11 – 23’s at a guess.

Looks like cassettes up top and head sets on the right…maybe…
