The Independent profiles Team Garmin-Chipotle H3O Tour team captain David Millar as an inspirational figure in the sport’s foremost anti-doping team.

From the article: “What is perhaps unexpected is that Millar is also looking at the chances of taking yellow in the first week – eight years after he led the race as a Tour rookie after winning the opening time trial stage. ‘It’s possible, although the opening stage [on Saturday] has an uphill finish which is really tough,’ he said.”
