The 2008 American Eagle Outfitters Tour of Pennsylvania kicks off today with a 3.51 km time trial circuit. The short scenic course incorporates the Memorial Hall concourse as well as Philly’s scenic Martin Luther King Drive.
The first rider is scheduled to start at 10:00 and the last rider should finish at noon.
