Only 95.76 km long, stage 4 is the hardest stage of this year’s Tour of Pennsylvania as the peloton crosses the Allegheny Mountains. The first climb of the day is the 9 km Bald Knob Summit with 10%-15% grades. The second KOM, Laurel Hill Summit, is 1.2 km long but a very intense mountain pass with grades of 15%.
Stage 4 is scheduled to start at 12:00 and finish between 14:30-15:15.
