The first official road stage begins on mostly rolling terrain, with smooth roads giving the riders a day to ease their way into the race. The 146.45 km course includes two intermediate sprints in Ephrata and Hershey, a 2.5 mile, subtle Spring Hill climb, and a straight, fast finish in Carlisle.
Stage 2 is scheduled to start at 10:00 and finish between 13:15-14:00.
