Catalunya stage 6: El Vendrell-Palleja

Lucas Euser is riding the 2008 Volta a Catalunya this week with his Garmin Edge 705 and recording all the stages - except the opening time trial - for you data hungry fans out there.

Stage 6 of the 2008 Volta a Catalunya is relatively flat with several category three climbs, including a finishing circuit with the Alt de Castellbisbal (180 m). The course heads north east towards Barcelona and the coast, encountering the first back-to-back climbs 50 km into the race, the Alt dels Cassots (380 m) and the Alt de L’Ordal (507 m). Then it descends to Molins de Rei where the first of the four total finish circuits begins.
