Julian Dean, Giro d'Italia stage 13 Report from DS Matt White
Well the team was super today! The finish was a real team effort. The plan was to put Julian (above) into position on a very tight and technical finish circuit and the boys did it! Julian delivered a great 5th place.

After a nasty crash on the second stage, Julian was in a lot of pain for well over a week. But the Kiwi veteran is improving and his stamina is getting better as the race goes on! So now we wait till next week…and even more important, Le Tour!

Though Ryder crossed the line before David and Christian, he was in the second group with 3 km to go and finished with a 13″ back.*
