This 36 km individual time trial starts on the coast and moves inland and slightly upward to the finish in Urbino. According to Christian Vande Velde, who previewed the course today with David Millar, it will be a tough ride.
The first rider is scheduled to start at 12:30 and the last rider will finish around 17:15.

that’s not the correct profile of the stage, it’s a big longer and more technical in the last 20 kilometers

Did I miss something? I don’t see Pate’s start time listed for tomorrow’s TT?
I have been to Urbino a half dozen times, making the trip each time through Pesaro. It will be a tough ride as the elevation really starts to rise coming into Urbino.
Urbino is a beautiful town I can’t wait to watch the boys in Argyle fly into town. Hit up Le Tre Piante while you are there… the best pizza I have had in all of Italy.
