Just finished watching a stage 5 re-run. I now feel sick to the stomach for you Dave and the pi$$ing unfairness of it all! I mean, how often do you see a chain snap just like that? Throw the bike? I would have flung it under the next team car!

All in all, I hope you can take comfort from the fact that bad luck eventually gets punched in the gob by good luck as it comes back around letting us know what life's all about again. Good luck Dave, GC looks better and i'm sure you'll let it all hang out in the TT – It's Millar Time!

the new Huffy-toss Champ.

Chain breaks are the worst, it happened to my friend on Saturday.

Forget the lite stuff, always go for the mid-grade/stronger chain.

And David has to make sure that the guys taking care don't overlook anything.

GO Argyle Armada!!!

Very tough luck! but david has proved again that a clean rider can compete on equal terms. His bike throw was better than Bjarne Riis's effort !!

Being superstitious, you can blame me. I woke up in a bad mood this morning. I was having fun following Dave's ride, but still had this cloud over my head. I was walking around growling at people all morning. After the chain broke, I realized that Dave would be feeling worse than I ever could at that time. I then made my peace with the cloud. Tell Dave I'm sorry I screwed up his great chance for a stage win. I promise to be positive over the next 2 and a half weeks and throughout the season (at least while the Argyle Armada is rolling).

Long Live the Argyle Armada!!!

Just curious about Sutton & Pate. Realizing that Mc Carty took a spill. Is everything OK with those dudes? Sutton is a great young talent and Pate has always been a fav of the Chaos Cycling crew as he's a home town Colorado Springs boy.

Get at 'em men!

What a heart-breaker! Ugh. It was great to watch David off the front. Keep it up Argyle - your luck will change. (P.S. - did he get his bike back, or did it end up with some lucky fan?)

Terrible luck for Millar. Rather unsportsmanlike to toss his bike like that, though, no matter how frustrating the situation.

Still, he rode a great race. His day will come!
