Good morning Giro with Chef Willy’s perfect muesli

The boys got up at 8 this morning for breakfast. The hotel here isn’t letting Chef Willy into the kitchen. But he’s overseeing the prep of our food by giving the hotel cooks recipes and ingredients for the riders favorite meals. I came in after the boys finished to sample some of Chef Willy’s muesli (right). It was so good.

And so it begins. An 8 am wake up call and the perfect muesli to start the day – the first day of the Giro – a team time trial we’ve been eyeing since December. The guys are ready to go. They’re ready to kill it.
