I suspect few fans, including me, think of the weight on the shoulders of the managers and DS when it comes to the perils thier riders face in the peloton. Thanks for the perspective, it's nice to get a little depper post for JV than the quick Twitter hits (which I love, that's a nice way to follow the team).
