After the team’s perfectly executed team time trial ride today, Slipstream/Chipotle H3O is at the top of almost all the results lists. Trent Lowe will now be sporting the green Best Young Rider jersey, taking that honor from teammate Tyler Farrar. But Farrar didn’t go home empty handed today. He moved up in the points rankings to take the blue Sprint jersey. And the team now leads the overall team classification by 12″.
David Zabriskie, Tom Danielson, Christian Vande Velde and Trent Lowe are all in the top ten overall and just 15″ off the leader Greg Henderson. The Argyle Armada is perfectly poised as the race moves into the Georgia hills!
