Georgia podium finally!

Yesterday was not a nice day for our team. After Timmy’s crash, we were all feeling pretty stressed. We knew it was bad, but we didn’t know what his condition was. Thankfully he is cogniscent, though very beat up. Our thoughts are with him!

For me personally, the race went relatively well. The finishing circuits were dreadfully hard, but somehow I managed to pull one out and got third. After two false starts getting called to the podium presentation by mistake, it was nice to finally get up there!

Next up is the team time trial where I think we have a real shot at victory. Everybody is riding well and the motivation is sky high! Most of all though we are just hoping that the news about Timmy continues to be good.
