Flèche Wallonne preview: Hesjedal, Millar & Martin top bets

Well today’s race will take place under perfect conditions with an expected 18 C and no wind. Though it is the easier race of the Ardennes classics, Flèche Wallonne is a great race for our guys to show their legs on a demanding course. All this week is a crucial build up for our riders heading to the Giro, now just around the corner.

All of the stars from Amstel will once again be the ones to watch. Our team will be looking for a result from Ryder (pictured left), who I expect to improve throughout this week. You will also see some aggressive riding from David Millar. And our Irish climbing hope, Dan Martin, will have a good look at a finish. In the future, this race will be down his alley.
