Its amazing how miserable the weather can be in the first few stages but changes as the peloton approaches Nice. Ventoux is a highlight but the peloton can make the race hardest whenever it wants..... Watch out for the tight, twisting, hilly/climbing roads as the race approaches Nice. The French teams and riders that know the roads in this area will attempt to tear the race apart. Marty Jemison ( I rode the Tour de France twice with US Postal ) I always loved racing Paris-Nice.
