Stage 3 of the 2008 Volta a Valencia might be the penultimate stage with one category 3 climb and three category 2 climbs–Port de Tudons (990m), Port de Torremanzana (880m), and Port de Carrasqueta (1200m). The final Carrasqueta climbs starts about 25K from the finish of the 166.5K stage.
