Slipstream-Chipotle takes team title, young rider and 2nd overall at Missouri

September 17, 2007 - St. Louis, Missouri - Team Slipstream-Chipotle capped a long week of racing in Missouri with their best ever showing in a multi-day stage race. Will Frischkorn took to the second step of the overall podium, Steven Cozza won the Best Young Rider Jersey, and collectively the team took home the title in the Team Classification. Add to that Danny Pate’s classy stage win on Saturday and it was quite a week. After this strong finish in the last major American stage race of the season, the team will be able to take a positive outlook into the off season and begin to prep for a huge year in 2008.
