TIAA-CREF/5280 Magazine Juniors ace CO State Time Trial

June 03, 2007 - Denver, CO - June 2, Denver, CO - On Saturday, the TIAA-CREF/5280 Magazine Junior Development Team headed out near Denver International Airport for the American Cycling Association Colorado State Time Trial Championships.

In the 15-16 year old category, the team was all over the podium. Andrew Barker (Golden) rocketed to first place, with a blazing 25:25 time. Coming in just behind Barker was teammate Robin Eckmann (Boulder), and adding to the team’s spoils for the day, Danny Hiller (Boulder) took a fine 4th place.

For the younger kids on TIAA-CREF/5280, it was also a successful day. In the Junior Women 10-12 age group, Laurel Rathburn finished 3rd. In the Junior Men 10-12, Jeremy Kessler-Bauersfeld was 7th. In the 13-14 group, Joe Haulman finished in 5th, and Dean Haas grabbed 10th place.
